About Nadifor
Nadifor is building an AI-native learning platform for modern teams. We help companies create, deliver, and improve learning experiences that are more personalized, measurable, and connected to real business outcomes.
We are an early-stage company, which means the product, engineering culture, and operating model are still being shaped. We are looking for people who want to do more than write code. We want engineers who care deeply about the product, the customer, the craft, and the company we are building.
Our engineering culture is inspired by strong product engineering teams: small teams, high ownership, direct customer context, fast iteration, and engineers who are expected to make thoughtful product and technical decisions.
The role
We are looking for a Product Engineer who can operate across the stack, with particular strength in user-facing product experiences.
You will help define and build the core user experience of Nadifor. This includes customer-facing workflows, learning journeys, AI-powered interactions, admin experiences, dashboards, content creation flows, and the overall quality of how the product feels.
You should be comfortable taking an ambiguous customer problem, shaping the solution, making product and technical tradeoffs, and shipping the feature end to end. Your strongest contribution will likely be around frontend execution, product quality, interaction design, UX judgment, and the craft of how the product feels.
This is not a narrow frontend role. We are looking for someone who can take an ambiguous customer problem, shape the solution, make product tradeoffs, build across the stack, and ship something polished.
Experience and scope
We’re looking for someone who can independently take a customer problem through to a reliable production feature. You’ll join our four-person engineering team, working directly with the CTO to shape the product and our technical decisions.
What you’ll do
- Own customer-facing product areas from problem discovery to production delivery.
- Turn rough ideas, customer feedback, and prototypes into high-quality product experiences.
- Build full-stack features, with a strong focus on frontend quality, UX, interaction design, and product polish.
- Make product decisions around scope, flows, edge cases, usability, and tradeoffs.
- Work directly with founders, customers, and other engineers to understand real user needs.
- Improve the quality bar of our product and engineering practices.
- Help evolve our design system, frontend architecture, and product development process.
- Mentor and raise the bar for other engineers on product thinking, frontend execution, and ownership.
- Contribute to the culture of a small, high-agency engineering team.
What we’re looking for
- Strong experience building and shipping production software.
- Excellent frontend and product craft, ideally with React and TypeScript.
- Ability to work full-stack, even if your strongest spike is frontend/product experience.
- Strong product judgment: you can reason from customer problems, not just tickets.
- Comfort with ambiguity and early-stage startup pace.
- Ability to make good tradeoffs between speed, quality, scope, and long-term maintainability.
- Strong communication skills, especially in writing.
- A high ownership mindset: you do not wait to be told exactly what to do.
- Taste for simple, useful, well-crafted products.
- Interest in AI-native product experiences and how AI changes learning, coaching, and workplace enablement.
Nice to have
- Experience in early-stage startups.
- Experience building B2B SaaS products.
- Experience with AI-powered product interfaces.
- Experience with design systems, component libraries, or complex workflow products.
What success looks like
In your first months, you will have taken ownership of meaningful product areas, shipped high-quality features used by customers, improved the frontend/product quality bar, and helped the team work with more clarity and autonomy.
Longer term, you will be one of the people who defines how product engineering works at Nadifor.
